Every substantive correction is recorded here, with the date and what changed.
Why this page exists
This site tells readers to check dates and case numbers before acting on a compliance claim. A site giving that advice cannot quietly amend its own mistakes.
A visible correction costs a little credibility once. An invisible one costs all of it when found.
What counts as a correction
Logged here: a misdescribed decision or provision, a claim marked binding that is not, a fine figure attached to the wrong law, a draft described as in force, or a recommendation reversed.
Not logged: typographical fixes, clarified wording that does not change meaning, and statements accurate at their stated check date.
The distinction that matters most here
The legal position has moved several times and will move again.
The CJEU ruled in 2019, the Federal Labour Court in 2022, a draft appeared in 2023, and the reform's status is the most likely thing on this site to be out of date.
An article accurate at its check date and superseded since is not an error. That is what the date is for, and it is why an undated page about this subject is unusable.
When the law changes
When the reform passes, or any cited decision is qualified, the update is added to every article referencing it, with the same prominence as the original, and noted here.
Most of this site will still apply — the obligation pages get rewritten, and the implementation, source-reading and note pages stand.
If a lawyer finds an error
That takes priority over everything else. This site characterises published court decisions, and getting one wrong is the most damaging error available to it.
If you practise in this area and something here misstates a decision, a provision or a status, please say so. It will be corrected quickly and logged.
The log
No corrections have been logged yet. This site is new, and an empty log means only that — not that no errors exist. When one is found it will appear here with the date it was published, the date it was corrected, and what was wrong.
